Cool Riffs 2 – Let’s Jam
Here is a collection of sweet riffs that can help take your rhythm guitar playing to the next level. They are fun, and together they cover a lot of ground for any guitarist wanting to improve timing, control, picking, strumming, and comping chords . If you liked Cool Riffs 1, you will for sure dig this one too.
You will learn techniques for muting, for controlling chord strumming, and single note rhythm patterns. These techniques I teach you are the foundation for so many riffs and songs. By learning them, it will make it easier for you to learn new material, since these aspects of rhythm guitar are used so much in “the real world”. For example, if you go to an open mic jam, and someone says “let’s play Tore Down”. Good news for you then – you’ll hang with the boys easily, because you have learned several ways to make this tune sound great. Strumming, comping with “mini-chords”, single-note shuffle patterns, etc.
What’s in this lesson?
As always, I have made the lessons very clear and easy to follow. TAB is displayed on screen for some lessons, and TAB is also included as PDFs. Guitar Pro 6 users will enjoy the GP6 files included. Some of these lessons use only a metronome, while some have a backing track. For those lessons, backing track in MP3 format is included.
The Style Of These Cool Riffs:

I've been playing guitar for a number of years now. I'm at the intermediate level now because of great blues lessons like Roberts. Cool Riffs 2 is some classic blues guitar playing every guitarist should know. Robert takes the time to show you the right way to play both rhythm and lead. Great blues lessons at a good price any guitar player will have fun learning. Five stars!
