Hi

i am 49 yers old, been "playing" the guitar for more or less 35 years(most less), but nerver really good.

My interest in music are like blues/rock 1970-90 but can listen to anything

My guitarplaying is like one day a can feel like its ok, and the next day its sucks.

Wold like to get better and enjoy the instrument more, and hope to get something out of this membership

Best regards

Morten

Welcome Morten

I think we all have our good days and unfortunately, our not so good days. As long as we keep moving forward our good days will get better as will our not so good days too get better.

There are lots of material here for all of us. I hope you will enjoy it.

Chris.

Here’s a tip for the issue of sounding good/bad depending on the day:

Record yourself. Even if you feel it’s not great that particular day, record yourself just a little bit every day for a week or two. For each recording, write down how you felt it went. Listen back a week later and write down how it sounded.

You may surprise yourself! You may find that “hey that didn’t sound as bad as it felt”, meaning you have to pay less attention to those “bad emotions”. Let us know if you do this, how it went!
