Welcome to MGA Paul.  We have folks from many parts of the world as well as a number of 'senior' players, myself included...

I think you will find lots of good things to work on here. There really is a lot so it's hard to advise you, especially without knowing where you are at right now.

I think you should consider making a video and submitting it for a Student Focus. Robert would be able to review it and give you playing as well as technique suggestions.  Having said that I think Bar Blues was one of my first favorites.

We are a friendly and helpful groups so don't feel shy about making a video or audio or asking questions... That's the best advice I can offer right now. Good luck and have fun.

Nice to make your acquaintance, Paul. Like you, I picked up guitar late in life. I began a wonderful journey 3.5 years ago at age 62.
Also like you, I live in Atlanta, GA, considered by many to be a foreign country. (e.g., by Canadian Robert Renman, perhaps.)
I'm a professional silly person. Seriously.

Welcome Paul! I agree with Chris - submit a video if you can.

We're always here for you.

I'm a sucker for that Fender Rhodes Piano on Frampton.

Welcome from Baltimore!
