@ 2:04 just nailed that solo.  Production value seems really high and tight on this project song- is it because of the space in the tracks.  Beautiful breathing room.

Exit solo just kills with the harmonics, really feel the tension pull and release!

Bravissimo!

Again a great cover, a powerful arrangement including voice. Video background perfectly matched.

As for the solos, Robert, especially the second one impressed me a lot. Sounds like you are in your element, « living solo » while playing. I get goose bumbs!

A big compliment,

Birgit

Thanks so much for your kind comments. It was a fun recording for us. It was also fun to "see" how I went from knowing zero licks in either solos, to learning and memorizing both of them. It took a while, but it was quite straight forward. I haven't quite lost my abilities to learn new stuff - that's good! I realize I can learn a lot of stuff, both easy and hard, if I spend enough time. That means so can you! The secret is splitting it up into small, separate parts. Learn those one a time, and gradually start connecting them. It will work, if you put in enough time in the woodshed. That same approach can be used successfully with any of my lessons, of course.

Yeah!  Oh the pinch harmonics and vibrato bends...the humanity.
