Hi beautiful people, I have created a backing track from the ground up using a fab DAW plugin called dimension pro. It is a synthesizer extraordinaire!! Hundreds of instruments with thousands of voicings.
I wanted to create a track that was ambient, spacey and dreamy.
I heard a single phrase in a TV show I was into and it stuck in my ear. I figured it out on guitar, modified it slightly and changed the key. Thats the rhythm guitar track you will hear. Played on my Black Suhr through another plugin called “Guitar Rig.” The drums, bass and Rhodes keyboard are all created and looped through “Dimension Pro”. As the piece evolved I contacted Andre M and asked him to develop the first Guitar solo. I was very pleased (as always) with his creative drive. What he came up with gave the piece a definite lift. His solo has similar colour to “Obscured by Clouds” by Floyd. It fitted perfectly. The second solo at the second half of the bridge is yours truly. Please enjoy….”When Wishes Worked”

That is brilliant arrangement space that took me to a happy place. I am so glad you took that ear wig and created this art. Those contrasting elements fit together so well to make Wishes heavy and light. And you two Relics decorate that piece with sonic icing. Man, that's going on a loop at Casa Clayton- it is stuck in my head.

Craig, you always have a surprise in store 👍. Just great. So much creativity and joy of playing together with all the spacey effects. And all harmonizes together, that’s incredible. What an atmosphere you created!
And as Clayton said, the backing track „is stuck in my head“ too.

Now Listen Here!.....I have to bump this Project up to the top of the Forum. For those who did not get a listen and for the rest of us who should listen with the ears of a musician mining the elements from this treasure.
