This is happening in the southern Island of Kyushu. We live much north of Kyushu near Shimonoseki. Tomorrow we will get the heavy rains. Sad part is we live next to the largest river in Yamaguchi Pref. Here's just one video what has happened.

Jeez! We have rain like never before here as well. Not THAT bad, but Mother Earth doesn't seem too happy with us!
