is it possible to Chrome Cast the lessons to my TV,
or am I stuck squinting at my phone.?

Then you get a menu showing up. For me, I have two sources showing up as you can see on the right: XBR....something and HT-NT5.... something

Unfortunately, phone Chromecast does not work on the iPhone, only on Android.
