I am a Windows 10 user and frequently come across videos lessons with no sound. I have gone to other sites on teh same open browser while this problem is occurring, such as YouTube, and been able to hear the audio. I use Chrome as my primary browser. I've tried various things (logging out and back in, closing the web site, closing the browser, rebooting) and I don't have a consistent fix-it approach. Any thoughts?

Sounds like a weird problem. I also use Win 10 and Chrome and have not had this problem.
Have you tried other browsers... Edge or FireFox...?
Are you referring specifically to MGA lessons or other sites?
Does it matter at all if you are using headphones or external or even internal speakers...?
Is there another machine you can try it from as a test ...?
Are the soundless sites consistent... meaning is the very same lesson ALWAYS without sound... or sometimes yes, sometimes no...?
Is it consistent throughout the entire site where other different sites are OK... or are some pages on the site soundless and other pages from the same site are OK?

Hi, I haven't seen any issues on my computers. It works on my Win 10 as well. JestMe has some good trouble-shooting questions, so I'll await your answers and then we'll see what we can do.
