A beginner lesson that I spent a lot of effort on for ya! This may seem too basic or too tedious to some, but you really should learn this inside out. Take the time, go slow. Once you really know these patterns/boxes, you can always speed up! The thing is, you can't play fast runs if you sometimes miss notes.
