Vintage Guitars and Musical Instruments Signature Auction.

Just a couple of the 150 or so being auctioned.

1940 Martin D-18

1954 Gibson Les Paul

1968 Albert Collins signed Strat

1988 Kirk Hammett Owned and Signed Flying V

Other stuff owned/signed by Clapton, John Denver, BB King, John Mellencamp

I don't know Clayton.  You'll have to ask Chris ( @JestMe ) what he paid for it! 😆 

It says the seller is offering it back for sale for $31,000  but I'm not sure how that relates to what it went for.

I have to say there were some surprises there. 

The Kirk Hammet signed Flying V went for $23,000

The Albert Collins signed Strat only #$2,750

I just report 'em folks.  I don't explain 'em.

It's pretty amazing how much the Martin went for considering the missing parts and the screwed in pickguard. It could possibly be Brazilian Rosewood but I would have thought they would have proudly mentioned that in the description, so maybe it's East Indian Rosewood. No doubt whatever the wood it's got some mojo cooking in it!

I let this one go to someone else as I prefer the smaller OM sized guitars!
