Exercise Beginners Blues: Start at 70% to 90%

Lick 1 to Lick 7, 24 repetitions. bars are 100% correct, X is false notes.

70%                             80%       90%  speed
x | x | | | | | | | | | | | | | x | | | x x | |  repetitions

The goal was to play this 25 times. First the brain has to get used to it, afterwards it goes well up to 80%. At 90% it goes a bit too fast and the brain gets tired too! concentration reduced.

20 repetitions 100% correct

That's great! Try to memorize it, and then put some grease on it... get some attitude on those notes and keep grinning! 🙂

Major scale Box 1, 10x at 80 Bpm 8notes: | | x | |   x | | | |        8/10 correct

Pentatonic 5 boxes 2min/box, 100Bpm, 8notes - All boxes 7 times at 120Bpm, 8notes

Easy blues 5 times part 1 at 70%     5/5 correct

Easy Blues Lick 14 - 15, 10 times 70%

- Warming up with pentatonic scale, alle boxes 2 min

-  practice Simple Blues fist part start at 80% speed to 100%
-  practice part 2, start at lick 12 to lick 20, speed 70% to 80%

Practice Pentatonic box 1 to 5 at 100 bpm  8 notes  10 times
Practice Major C Box 1 at 100 bpm 8 notes  10 times

Practice Easy Blues Part 1 starting at 80% to 100% in steps of 5%
Practice Easy Blues Part 2 Starting from Lick 14 to Lick 20 at 85%  | | | | X | |
 Practice Easy Blues Part 2 Starting from Lick 20 to 22 at 70 %   | | X | | | | | |

Very busy with work. Try to play 2 x 10 min per day. Only repeat what I already can.
